• Entity: Speed Flow Company/Institution (Commercial Registration: 7033181392).
• User: Anyone who uses the platform.
• Service: OCR archiving and document analysis service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and the associated privacy policy.

3. Service Description

The platform provides services including:

• Electronic document archiving
• Text extraction (OCR)
• Document analysis using artificial intelligence
• Data storage and management

4. User Account

The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate and correct information
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• Not share the account with unauthorized parties

5. Platform Usage

It is prohibited to use the platform for:

• Uploading content that violates the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the system

6. Intellectual Property

• All rights related to the platform are owned by the entity
• The user retains ownership of their documents
• The user grants the entity the right to process for the purpose of providing the service only

7. Subscriptions and Payment

• The service is provided according to subscription packages
• The user agrees to pay fees on time
• Fees are non-refundable except in accordance with the refund policy

8. Service Availability

• The entity strives to provide the service continuously
• The entity does not guarantee complete uninterrupted service
• The entity has the right to perform periodic maintenance

9. Data Protection

Data is processed in accordance with:

• Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)
• SDAIA policies
• The platform's privacy policy

10. Limitation of Liability

• The entity is not liable for any unintentional or indirect damages
• The user is responsible for the content they upload
• The service is provided as-is without absolute guarantees
• The platform provides a trial experience without human intervention for 14 days. Your acknowledgment of use, payment, and settling for a shorter period indicates your desire to end the trial period and that you are fully aware of the process.

11. Service Termination

The entity has the right to:

• Suspend or cancel the account upon violation of terms
• Delete data in accordance with regulations

The user has the right to:

• Deactivate the account at any time

12. Modifications

The entity reserves the right to modify the terms and users will be notified upon updates.

13. Applicable Law

These terms are subject to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
